Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Technical Helpdesk Administrators with 2–5 years of experience to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with IT support, and the ability to handle user queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals

Troubleshoot issues related to email, VPN, connectivity, and user access

Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions

Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Support onboarding/offboarding processes (equipment setup, access provisioning)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk)
  • Understanding of Active Directory, user administration, and security best practices
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support queries
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
