Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations / General Manager – Operations to lead and streamline day-to-day operations across our Mohali and Bangalore offices. Based at our Mohali head office, this role will be responsible for administration, HR operations, process implementation, compliance, and end-to-end workforce management, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Operations: Oversee all operational activities for Mohali & Bangalore offices from Mohali.

Administration & Facilities: Manage office infrastructure, vendor coordination, seating plans, and expansion projects.

HR Operations: Collaborate with HR on onboarding, exits, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee discipline.

Policy & Compliance: Implement and monitor SOPs, company policies, and statutory compliance.

Talent Management: Support hiring across levels and participate in interviews for key roles.

Performance Management: Handle non-performance, misconduct, and terminations professionally and in compliance with labor laws.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with management, delivery, HR, and finance teams to meet business objectives.

Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on hiring, attrition, seat utilization, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–15 years in Operations / Admin / HR Operations within IT/ITES or technology companies.
  • Multi-location Exposure: Prior experience managing operations across multiple offices (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong people management, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and basic labor practices.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali, with occasional travel to Bangalore.
  • Bonus: IT or technical background will be a strong plus.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
